The Princess Suite can also be divided into two self-contained spaces for smaller events or breakout formats:
Princess Suite 1 – seats up to 100 theatre-style or 45 cabaret
Princess Suite 2 – seats up to 40 theatre-style or 30 cabaret

The banquet-style setup features multiple round tables distributed throughout a spacious room, each
surrounded by up to 8 chairs or designated standing areas.

mingle in small groups and move freely between tables.

Boardroom
The boardroom-style configuration has a central table, usually rectangular or oval, surrounded by
chairs. It accommodates up to 25 people and is ideal for agenda-driven meetings or video conferencing.

focus groups or workshops where interaction and dialogue are essential.
This style is recommended for events that involve mid-sized groups engaging in detailed discussions.

The cabaret-style room arrangement places round tables throughout the venue, similar to the banquet
setup, but with a key difference: chairs are only arranged in an arc around half of each table.

The cabaret layout is particularly suited for events where viewing is important but where the audience
also benefits from the ability to engage in discussions and note-taking.

The U-shape conference room style arranges rectangular tables end-to-end to form a “U” shape,
